I've been waiting for the perfect person to send this card to. I hope I am sending it to the right one. She asked for a card that had pictures of animals from the area or pictures of the scenery. Well, this one has both:
I'm not quite sure how I feel about this card. Sometimes I pick it up and love it, other times I like it, but...eh. So, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping I chose correctly. I wrote this message:

Hello from postcrossing in USA!
This card has two animals commonly found in our desert area. The state and area we live in is partly desert. There are some pictures of the beautiful scenery in the letters. It is a wonderful place to be.

I've mentioned before how much I love the desert scenery. I especially love it when the flowers are in bloom. In the spring my husband and I listen daily (many times several times a day) to hear the flower report. We like to go out and take pictures on the perfect weekend in the desert. If the perfect day happened to fall on a weekday, I would have no problem playing hooky from work for the day to go out there. Lucky for us, we haven't had to do that yet.
