Number 16 to be sent (247406)

I'm making a new effort now with these post cards. I am trying to make a connection with the other person and really look into what they might like to hear about. Sometimes, it's not easy; other times it's very easy. This time, it's in between.

This person is from Finland. In her profile, she mentions that she is a grandmother and also lists the number of children, grandchildren, and godchildren she has. So, I thought about what children like. I decided on this card:

I thought that, no matter how many children a person has, there have to be days spent in a ball park (especially here in the USA); so I thought I would spread some of that across the ocean. I wrote:

Hello E! Hope all is well with you. In the center here is a photo of our baseball park. There's actually a playground for families to picnic at while watching games and a sand box right up next to the field (with a very tall plexiglass wall.) Great for children.

This really is a very interesting field that tries to play to the local families. How many other ball parks have a big grassy area for you to picnic on while watching a game! You have to pay to get in, but it is way cheaper than the seats and totally worth it if you have small children that just have no interest in the game.
