The somewhat easier of the two...

First, there was this card:

Personally, I think it's beautiful. I had to love the stamps as well:

The middle stamp has different types of birds. No, I'm not some great bird lover, but I think it's a pretty neat stamp. The one of the far right, though fuzzy in this picture, has some icon like pictures. Always a plus. I love these pictures.

Then there is the handwriting:

Again, I know it's fuzzy, but one day I will get a scanner that can hook up easily to my laptop. Until then, you are stuck with substandard pictures. The message:

Dear Jennifer and Ryan,

And greetings from Germany. This is my beautiful old hometown D. I love to live in country side. I'm a preschool teacher to but now in break for kids (14, 11, 2).

Best wishes, K

I think it's great to have another card from a preschool teacher. I asked her if she would be willing to send some information about preschool children in her country for our classrooms. I think it would be great to show the children other's at play from different places around the world. She wrote back that she would talk to her daughter's preschool teacher when she started. This could be a very fun and educational moment for our classrooms!
