Back on track...kind of (257307)

Remember this one? Well, it arrived and by now I think that I am back on the rigth count of cards sent. I'm still back dating, however, so I am not really on track just yet. But, by the end of today I will be!

While I didn't get any comment on the card itself (specifically the message is what I mean by that) I did get a decent response:

I like when people tell us a bit about how things are for them. To me, it means that I've made a connection; no matter how small. I mean, really, how much of a connection can one make with a small postcard? But it feels like a connection to the world. These small short messages that we send out bring someone a smile.

I know I get a huge smile everytime that we get a postcard in the mail. I know my husband is enjoying this, too; but sometimes I think he is more enjoying the fact that I am enjoying this. He's not cut off from this at all. But I do notice his little twinkle in his eye everytime he sees me grinning at a card that he has strategically placed so that when I come home I will see it.
