Six days ago, there was a kind person in Netherlands who sent us a card on her birthday. Wow! I like to get cards on my birthday (next Monday for those that are curious). Anyway, I am sure that you are wondering what the card looks like. I will make you wait no longer:
Someday, I will look into how the post offices around the world work. Or, at least, how the stamping part works. I have noticed on some cards I get lots of stamps. I don't know if this is because it's what they have to put on or how it works. I'll work on finding out, however. So, this is what the stamps look like on this card:
I will also one day go back and review handwriting samples and interpretation of handwriting. I always found those kinds of things fascinating. Here is a sample from this postcard:
You might wonder how I know that it was her birthday the day she sent this card. Well, that's easy, read the message:

Maybe it's my mathematical mind, maybe it's the fact that one of my favorite classes in college was my geography class, maybe it's a combination of both, or maybe something completely not related, but I like this card. I really like this aerial view of the city.
